The interventions in road infrastructure, by the State, has as its purpose the saving of time, the savings in vehicular operation cost, reduction of transport costs. However, there are other benefits such as: boosting the territories, valuing the assets of the territories, the massive entry of women into the world of work; in other effects. In this context, the research focused on the neighborhood road is presented, which aims to explain how the road infrastructure in the Canipaco and Cunas basins improves the wellbeing of the population. Information was collected from books, theses, publications, among others; which allowed the hypotheses to be presented, surveys were used to test the hypotheses; statistical software was used for the analysis of data (NLOGIT and SPSS); and finally the results were presented in order to accept or reject the hypotheses. It was concluded that the operation of the road infrastructure in the Canipaco and Cunas basins does improve the wellbeing of the population. In addition, the operation of the road infrastructure impacted the users' travel costs, showing a DAP of the users for using the local road; Likewise, the construction of the type of road (paved or affirmed) contributed with significant information for the prediction of the price of the land, but did not contribute with significant information for the prediction of the price of the house. Finally, in the levels of satisfaction, it was concluded that the inhabitants who have greater well-being or satisfaction are those who do not have a paved road.
