In this thesis has been developed the Study of Safety and Health Risks for the Faculty of Environmental Engineering - FEE, mainly considering Law No. 29783 in order to start its implementation in this university campus. In this regard, this thesis aims to determine the levels of risk in health and safety to which the staff and students of the FEE are exposed. Likewise, the corrective or preventive measures for its implementation are described in order to eliminate, reduce and / or control the present risks. The development of the Thesis included: Internal safety and health inspection; identification of hazards, calculation of capacity; determination of security zones, security signage, location of fire extinguishers; formulation of the diagnosis focused in accordance with Law N ° 29783 and its Regulation as well as in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Labor N ° 050-2013-TR, preparation of risk and evacuation maps and training workshops. Faced with the development of the Study of Safety and Health Risks for the Faculty of Environmental Engineering - FEE, a proposal of Internal Regulation of Safety and Health for the FEE is presented, gathering aspects such as: Safety and health standards in operations, services and activities for the FEE, standards for risk management and control of existing hazards, emergency preparedness and response, training and coaching. This proposal is intended to help with the strategic direction of the FEE in Health and Safety at Work aligned with the objectives of the institution.
