Estudio de los riesgos de seguridad y salud en la Facultad de Ingeniería Ambiental de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería

Abstract

En la presente Tesis se ha desarrollado el Estudio de los Riesgos de la Seguridad y Salud para la Facultad de Ingeniería Ambiental – FIA, considerando principalmente la Ley N°29783 a fin de iniciar su implementación en este campus universitario. Al respecto, esta Tesis tiene por objetivo determinar los niveles de riesgo en seguridad y salud a los que se exponen el personal y alumnado de la FIA. Asimismo, se describen las medidas correctivas o preventivas para su implementación a fin de eliminar, reducir y/o controlar los riesgos presentes.

El desarrollo de la Tesis comprendió: Inspección interna de seguridad y salud; identificación de peligros, cálculo de aforo, determinación de zonas de seguridad, señalizaciones de seguridad, ubicación de extintores; formulación del diagnóstico enfocado según la Ley N°29783 y su Reglamento, así como conforme el Reglamento del Ministerio de Trabajo N° 050-2012-TR, elaboración de mapas de riesgos, plano de evacuación y talleres de capacitación. Frente al desarrollo del Estudio de los Riesgos de la Seguridad y Salud para la Facultad de Ingeniería Ambiental – FIA, se presenta una propuesta de Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y Salud para la FIA. Con esta propuesta se pretende ayudar con el direccionamiento estratégico de la FIA en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo alineado a los objetivos de la institución.

In this thesis has been developed the Study of Safety and Health Risks for the Faculty of Environmental Engineering - FEE, mainly considering Law No. 29783 in order to start its implementation in this university campus. In this regard, this thesis aims to determine the levels of risk in health and safety to which the staff and students of the FEE are exposed. Likewise, the corrective or preventive measures for its implementation are described in order to eliminate, reduce and / or control the present risks. The development of the Thesis included: Internal safety and health inspection; identification of hazards, calculation of capacity; determination of security zones, security signage, location of fire extinguishers; formulation of the diagnosis focused in accordance with Law N ° 29783 and its Regulation as well as in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Labor N ° 050-2013-TR, preparation of risk and evacuation maps and training workshops. Faced with the development of the Study of Safety and Health Risks for the Faculty of Environmental Engineering - FEE, a proposal of Internal Regulation of Safety and Health for the FEE is presented, gathering aspects such as: Safety and health standards in operations, services and activities for the FEE, standards for risk management and control of existing hazards, emergency preparedness and response, training and coaching. This proposal is intended to help with the strategic direction of the FEE in Health and Safety at Work aligned with the objectives of the institution.
