The purpose is to develop a continuum -based approach according to the general configuration of an average city, considering land use, network configuration and the effect of the friction surfaces in the resolution of TAP models. The impact of other factors (land, discretization, configuration, attractors, demand) in the results (areas of travel, travel volume, traffic flow) is studied by performing experiments computational models mathematical programming obtained , which show that all techniques studied are·affected to a greater or lesser extent by the characteristics of urban traffi.c with different modifications, to value the land as a scarce traffic solutions and not interchangeable, where the traffic flow is an essential feature in the road system, generating a strong dependence of the development of cities operating capacity of the roads. We show that the reality of the transport networks that characterize the problems of real routes, is very complex and anisotropic, and this is reflected in the matrix path-OD (time/cost) between pairs of locations. In this research, the extent to which the proyision of the attractors points in the domain of a city creates dynamic travel areas depending on factors such as the shape of the subdomains, the discretization, location of activities is quantified , and stresses the importance of obtaining travel zones according to the area affected by the friction surfaces which takes into account the intrinsic conditions of the road network distance, so that it will contribute to urban transport planning, in this branch discipline itself civil engineering; formed around traffi.c engineering.
