In the department of Ayacucho, most of the population is engaged in productive technical jobs such as textiles, ceramics, agriculture, etc., and more than half of the families have an informal income, so it is important to educate To the population so that it knows to recognize its capacities and to demand recognition from the value of its work. At present, the plastic arts of the Ayacucho culture are being neglected, because there is a deficit in the educational infrastructure of centers that are dedicated to training in these trades (sculpture, looms, ceramics and painting), reducing the initiative Of the people who want to dedicate themselves to these trades. This thesis project proposes a Technical- Productive Education Center in the district of Carmen Alto, Huamanga-Ayacucho. The architectural proposal presents a design inspired by the theoretical current of Modern Architecture, presents a building designed to provide the best space and furniture conditions to impart knowledge of the technical-productive activities it offers. And finally, this is why Architecture is the tool to serve and improve the quality of life of the community
