At present there are several factors that affect the formation and growth of mining at national and global level as they are: The sharp drop in investment in explorations (25%), the decline in the prices of metals, higher operating costs, the decline of mineral laws, the deepening of mineralization, the lack of an adequate policy of social responsibility with the populations surrounding the mining unit, the use of fresh water, safety and the environment And others of lesser consideration. Taking into account the current situation, it refers to us that we must be more efficient And have sufficient knowledge to be able to select more appropriate methods of exploitation. Today there is knowledge, extensive experience And very advanced technology, developed and available for use in many industries, specifically in our mining. The specific work that we will carry out in the mining company Andaychagua (Volcan S.A.A.), security at all times, occupational health, environmental care complying with existing legal standards. For the research process, a theoretical-practical framework will be established, trying to focus on the characteristics: geological, geomechanical and security, to have greater economic benefit of the deposit. Taking into account also the care of the environment1 and thus be able to arrive at the selection of the most suitable thickness of the cemented filler of the exploited pits of the Andaychagua mining unit of the Volcan S.A.A. In the selection of the cemented filler thickness of the exploited pits will be worked in coordination with the area of geology, the area of rock geomechanics, the area of safety and the supervision of operations. With the determination of the cemented filler thickness of the exploited pits, it is expected to find some more economically suitable for the Andaychagua mining unit Volcan S.A.A.
