The research was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the influence of workforce productivity, in constructive projects of urban roads of the Provincial Municipality of Puno. For that, it has been evaluatedthe consignments corresponding to the construction of rigid pavement f'c = 210kg / cm2, concrete pavements of 175 kg / cm2, 175 kg / cm2 concrete sardinels and 175 kg / cm2 concrete planters; Also, the timing of each execution process has been evaluated through the methodology called PROCESS FLOW CHART, where the productive and non-contributory productive times of each technological process of construction of road works have been determined and quantified , the observation technique has also been used to determine the cost of each construction process. Also, it was carried outthe analysis and diagnosis of the execution process of the rigid pavement f'c = 210kg / cm2, in order to evaluate the labor productivity, in order to relate the variables of time and cost, simulating the construction process using the SIX SIGMA methodology, obtaining 2.34 of the SIGMA level of the rigid pavement f'c = 210kg / cm2. Performance indicators such as the time of arrival (minutes), Slump (inches), Temperature (°C), breaking strength at compression (kg / cm2) and time of emptying (minutes) have also been identified. It was also performed the hypothesis test through the Pearson correlation between the variables of the investigation: performance and cost of execution of each item, determined that there is a direct relationship between the variables under study, obtaining the value of r = 0.21, calculated T of 1.30 and tabulated T of 1.25, with a level of significance of 0.05 and 95% of confidence, with which the hypothesis of the investigation has been verified. Finally, it was obtainedthe analysis and diagnosis of the different technological processes, through the process flow letters, the productivity levels of each one of the consignments of the construction process of the road works of the Provincial Municipality of Puno were obtained, obtaining work productive work 30.70% (TP), contributory work 34.08% (TC) and non-contributory work 35.22% (TNC). Likewise, the process capacity of the different performance the construction process of the rigid pavement f'c = 210kg / cm2 of the works vials of the Provincial Municipality of Puno. The research consists of the following topics developed: in chapter I, we have the Presenting the Problem, Objectives and Hypotheses; in Chapter II the theoretical and conceptual framework; in Chapter III the methodological framework; in chapter IV the analysis of results; in chapter V the conclusions and recommendations.
