The growth of the sanitation sector in our environment is mainly due to population growth, which has repercussions on the execution of sanitation projects. In the research the main objective of the investigation was to determine the influence of workforce income on the construction process of sanitation work of the SEDA Juliaca and EMSA Puno; in order to identify, compare and determine standardized values of the workforce performance of the consignments corresponding to the execution of sanitation works based on a methodology. In the research were identified the constructive sequence, duration and performance of workforce of the construction processes through the scientific method with a level of applied research and a descriptive correlational design; we used measurement instruments such as observation charts in which the flow diagrams of the activities performed for the 21 consignments analyzed. It has been verified that the returns of the workforce used in the different institutions are assigned according to empirical criteria and experience of the project formulator; and at the regional level there is no pattern or guide of yields established for highlands; such is the case of EPS EMSA Puno and SEDA Juliaca. In the results of the hypothesis test were performed through the Pearson correlation and it was determined that there is degree of correlation or dependence between the study variables; that is to say that there is a relationship between workforce yields and the construction process of sanitation works, and was obtaineda value of r = 0.8543 and a value of Tt = 10.31 and a Tt = 1.99, with a significance level of 0.05 and 95 % confidence level, so the hypothesis is accepted. Labor force performance was compared in the companies dedicated to sanitation, with the following values for EMSA Puno TP = 41%, TC = 30%, TNC = 29% and values for SEDA Juliaca: TP = 37% TC = 32%, TNC = 31%, so that both institutions have a low level of productivity efficiency, the percentage of non-contributory work (TNC), directly affects the work budget and generated economic losses. to improve and raise levels of productivity (TP) of labor is recommended the use of management tools such as: LEAN CONSTRUCCION and SIX SIGMA. It was identified that the technological processes for the execution of consignments are at a low level of industrialization. According to the analyzed data, the prediction equations were determined through the multiple linear regression model, which will allow to obtain standardized values of workforce yields based on a methodology; the data obtained in the field through the process flow charts were evaluated using the Jenkins Box (Arima Models) prediction model, in which time series analysis was performed and standardized values of hand yields of work of the matches. In the research, four chapters were developed: In the first chapter Presenting the Problem was developed, Objectives, Hypothesis and Justification. In the second chapter, the Theoretical and Conceptual Framework was developed. In the third chapter, the methodology used was developed, type of research, level and design, as well as the instruments used, tokens and others. In the fourth chapter the results of the research were reported. And finally the recommendations and conclusions of the investigation were announced.
