Currently the sale of pharmaceutical products and perfumes, are being studied and taking a important role each day, against a Peruvian context where the retail sector is going through the stage of projection towards better development. For this reason retail companies need take better control of their inventories at the level of the entire logistics chain, with high capacity of intuition and reaction, through management models. The inventory distribution model, aims to achieve an improvement in inventory control at points of sale, is the focus of study promotional products; The Company at study, is dedicated to a sale of retail products of pharmaceutical type and perfumery, hence the daily replenishment amounts to 500 thousand units, with a single distribution center with 400 workers selected for reception activities, data processor, supply, picking, shipping and returns. Research manages to get a better performance in supply in front of business model in the study and traditional models, reflected in responsiveness to demand, reducing shortages in store, reducing lost sales and investment in inventories store.
