In the present research it is analyzed, evaluated and discussed the use of gasified emulsion SAN-G, and compared with results obtained using the ANFO unit operation in rocks blasting in the Glory Hole-Atacocha. For the analysis were carried out several primary blasting, some of these primary blasting were loaded only with gasified emulsion SAN-G at different densities, in order to compare the results, and other blasting were loaded ANFO. According to the results obtained in terms of fragmentation, uniformity and generation of nitrous gases, use and standardization of gasified emulsion SANG minimizes the presence of toxic gases (nitrous gases) because in its manufacture can maintain its oxygen balance; In addition it maximizes production and productivity in US$/t fragmented this was reflected in an increase in the rate of excavation (dig rate) and cost reduction generating savings of 0.08 US $/t fragmented. Replacement and standardization of SANG at varying densities between the period 2016-2018, guaranteed cost savings without discount of $ 0.85 million. Effectively concluded that the use of the SAN-G reduces the generation of toxic gases and increase production and productivity in US $/t fragmented.
