This thesis aims to summarize various aspects that lead us to learn more about using the slipforms in Peru since this construction method is not widely used in our country. For a better understanding we develop the theoretical contents regarding the construction procedure for cement storage silo, its programming, cost analysis, advantages and disadvantages and the unit prices of the items that include this system. As mentioned in the title of this thesis, the construction process of the silo for cement storage body will be done. This chapter describes the procedures from sliding mold assembly, the enabling and manufacture, the assembly of it, execution of the construction until the disassembly process. We will carry out a comparative analysis with conventional building systems such as metal formwork in relation to cost, schedule, reduced execution lead times and optimization of the resources between both systems, based on implementing the work of enlargement Andean cement plant in the city of Tarma. Consequently productivity measurement will be done through the method called card balance, which will help you get better results with higher yields in the activities involved. Finally, sorne conclusions and recommendations from experience with formwork slipforms will be stated. Where .the importance of planning and strict knowledge of the construction process to choose the best solution is highlighted.
