Comprensión y aplicación del modelo moderno de administración de empresas según Peter Drucker en las empresas contratistas mineras

Abstract

Fue Peter Drucker quien comprendió mejor que ningún otro el arte y la ciencia del management, sus investigaciones son fruto de toda una vida dedicada al estudio de las organizaciones, los modelos de administración planteados por él se mantienen vigentes y proporciona los principios necesarios para comprender; de que para obtener mayores ganancias económicas, es necesario, el desarrollo de la persona. Por otro lado, las Empresas Contratistas Mineras juegan un papel importante en la economía de nuestro país, estas empresas proporcionan el 67% de empleos directos relacionados a la minería. Dado el gran número de trabajadores que dependen de ellas; es necesario realizar investigaciones que contribuyan con la comprensión de este fenómeno empresarial y ya que no existen estudios previos relacionados sobre este tema, es de vital interés proporcionar la base de conocimiento necesario para estudios posteriores. Podemos concluir entonces que si la gran mayoría de trabajadores relacionados a la minería está en manos de las Empresas Contratistas Mineras, y dada la importancia y el alcance de conocer y aplicar los nuevos modelos de administración de empresas, podemos preguntarnos: ¿Los gerentes de las Empresas Contratistas Minera conocen los nuevos modelos de administración de empresas? ¿Se pueden aplicar? Estas son algunas preguntas que responderemos al finalizar esta investigación.

It was Peter Drucker who understood better than any different the art and the science of the management, its essays have guided the studies of several generations and keep on facing the management in the current company, the models of administration raised by him stay current and provide to the current managers the beginning necessary for comprehension; of that to obtain major economic profit, it is necessary, the development of the human being, the ethics and the well-being of the communities. The Companies Mining Contractor have an important role in our country, these maintain 67 % of direct work places that provides the mining at national level, given its big number and the large number of collaborators who on them depend; it is necessary to realize investigations that they contribute with the comprehension of this phenomenon managerial and since it does not exist previous studies related on this topic, it is of vital interest to provide the base of knowledge necessary for later studies. Then if the majority of collaborators related to the mining is in hands of the Companies Mining Contractor, and considering the big importance and the scope of knowing and applying the new business administration models, we can wonder: Do the managers of the Companies Mining Contractor know the new business administration models? Is it possible to apply? These are some questions that we will answer on having finished this investigation.
