Our country one of its strengths is mining and within it is the production of primary sulphide concentrates (chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite, etc.) and this path to become the second producer in the world of copper concentrates Peru is a referent At the global level, this ranking is very motivating, our copper concentrates has valuable elements like Au, Ag, Mo, which even raises the value of the concentrates. Likewise, has highly contaminating impurities such as arsenic, antimony, which penalize the value of the concentrates decreasing its value, this impurity arsenic is not found as an element but as a copper sulfosal the enargite Cu3AsS4 copper concentrates containing more than 0.5% of arsenic is not commercial, reduce the arsenic content in the copper concentrates by conventional methods is the pyrometallurgy, this method of processing pyrometallurgical is the cause of pollution (SO2, SO3) and affect the environment today there is a very demanding control to Global level and are sanctioned companies that do not control their processes and attack their environment. Electrochemical studies in non-stationary state in AC, measurements (Cyclic Voltammetry, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS)), promising results have been obtained which would allow us to use Hydrolectrometallurgical technologies giving very encouraging results regarding the problematic Arsenical sulfosal in the copper concentrates.
