Many mining companies have a large number of accidents and incidents, this is reflected by the annual report presented by the departament of energy and mines, where contrastors top the list of accidents and incidents, this is due to the absence of controls, which manage to reduce the level of risk in each one of the activities. This thesis is an instrument that makes it easier for mining companies contractors to implement a safety management system and occupational health based on the LAW 29783-2012-TR and the DS 055-2010-EM, therefore, It detailed a series of activities that were conducted in the different stages of implementation of a contractor company in the mining sector. The first stage began with the design and work plan, making a diagnosis of base line in order to present the current status of activities and business processes when compared with the standards of occupational safety and health, from this diagnosis, they could find spaces, propose a work plan, estimate the main costs for the implementation and maintenance of the management system and occupational health.
