Within Plans University Quality, registered in the development of higher education, is opening a new stage in our country that is especially relevant New Technologies of information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This situation, which reaches the entire university community, a new paradigm involves both the teacher and the student and requires the introduction of new tools and teaching methods in order to adapt them to your system and improve the teaching and learning where cooperation and collaboration among the participants and the need to learn to learn throughout lite are placed in the foreground. One ot the most advanced tools is eLearning, which promotes eLearning as a teaching flexible distance. Currently, eLearning has become paramount in our time, especially for universities. Therefore in the process of integrating technologies to academic lite is important to explore exhaustively the features that are offered today in a eLearning platform and determine which of them is essential and desirable, in the learning process of a student. In the thesis, I will focus on the evaluation of three LMSs (Learning Management System) representative to choose a robust LMS based on OSS (Open Source Software). Moodle is an LMS that meets a number of interesting features, so we have chosen to present 'an LMS flexible', e enabling the incorporation of new tools from knowledge management and collaborative learning. One of the most important contributions made in the work is the integration of a recommendation system (RS) flexible. The inclusion of RS in LMS is natural, since they share many similarities with other sectors (e-commerce). This paper studies a RS in LMS sector, the sector of recommending learning objects. It exposes how the University, to support the change, becomes a Resource Centre for Learning and Research After defining this new scenario presents experiences and projects and reflect briefly on the new roles to be played by students and teachers With technology at the point where the majority of the time we believe that once the technology platform has been installed, it has achieved the ultimate goal. Unfortunately _ this is not so, because the technology platform is important, but not the reason why participants take courses. In fact, technology increasingly becomes a commodity which we assume it should work correctly and efficiently to facilitate the learning process. With the Internet has taken a new step in the field of distance education making it a virtual experience. ELearning is how to designate this type of education provided through the Internet.
