The control and planning during the production process leads to a constant process of identification, analysis and management of variables between expected and actual results in such a way that can look at the opportunities, these opportunities often include: methods to create better estimates, improved designs, more realistic to plan, more accurate schedules, improved mining techniques to minimize ore loss and dilution and identify ways to increase ore production during the extraction process, the ability to measure, analyze and control effectively the production data and thus allow into a mining operation make to design and implement process improvements throughout the mining value chain. Currently the process of control and planning is benefited by the great technological achievement which enables better control as in the case of the big mining where use many control programs in the mining production process, however, for medium and small mines, access to certain programs planning and control of extraction becomes difficult, then, there are an alternatively, the efficiency use of programs near of our hands as Excel, which, with a correct use of the data and a clear idea of general parameters of entry and exit data system can have dynamic and efficient controls. Given these ongoing problems within the mining industry, born as objectives to identify and implement controls to help us efficiently manage production schedules, quantify the variation in tonnage, the grade of Au and Ag between a model, reported production and processing ground creating a unified database. For the fulfillment of these objectives, suggest the hypothesis of performing a control based on a system, which enters and leaves ore with a minimal loss existing for this a reconciliation of data and where the flow should have a correlation for which it has three pillars of control: extraction - excavation, supply - treatment and management of ore pads; to summary, an effective control ore flow in mine is obtained by decreasing the differences progressively and significantly over time, thus being able to have more precise control.
