Instituto Cultural de Idiomas en Ate

Abstract

El “Instituto Cultural de Idiomas en Ate” fue un tema desarrollado durante el Taller de tesis “A”, curso del último año de carrera de Arquitectura en la facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. El proyecto nace a partir de un estudio urbano en los distritos de Santa Anita y Ate, sobre el impacto en la Av. Nicolás Ayllón, debido a la posible implementación del COSAC II en esta vía, la cual conectaría al este de Lima con el resto de la ciudad. Por lo tanto, se planteó una propuesta urbana que logre repotenciar y consolidar ambos distritos, desde la Vía de Evitamiento hasta la Av. Separadora Industrial, tomando como eje principal a la Av. Nicolás Ayllón y buscando promover el desarrollo económico, social y cultural de los distritos a través de espacios públicos y proyectos arquitectónicos. Es así, que se propone el proyecto Instituto Cultural de Idiomas, ubicado en la primera zona de la propuesta urbana, delimitada por la Av. Los Frutales y la Vía de Evitamiento, en el distrito de Ate, el cual será presentado desde su conceptualización hasta la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico.

The Language and Cultural Institute in Ate was a theme developed during the thesis workshop A, course of the final year of Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts of the National University of Engineering. The project emerged from the urban study of the districts of Santa Anita and Ate, about the impact in Nicolas Ayllon Avenue, because of the possible implementation of COSAC II in this route, which wil connect East Lima with the rest of the city. Therefore, an urban proposal arises, which seeks repowering and consolidate both districts, from Evitamiento freeway to Separadora Industrial Avenue, making Nicolas Ayllon Avenue the main axis and seeking to promote economic, social and cultural development of the districts through public spaces and architectural projects. Thus, The Language and Cultural Institute was proposed, located in the first zone of the urban proposal, delimited by Evitamiento Freeway and Los Frutales Avenue., in the district of Ate in Lima, which will be will be presented from concept to architectural project development.
