Propuesta de mejora del sistema de abastecimiento en una empresa de manufactura mecánica

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se propone la mejora e implementa un Sistema de Abastecimiento para la empresa en estudio para gestionar la Logística de forma eficiente evitando tanto quiebre como sobrestock; para ello se usa conceptos y herramientas de modelos como el MRP y el Costo de Inventario. Es importante mencionar que en este trabajo el modelo de Sistema de Abastecimiento incluye tanto el Sistema de Planeamiento de Demanda como el de Sistema de Planeamiento de Reposición de los materiales. Asimismo, este trabajo también hace hincapié en el proceso de mejora continua de los procesos de la organización, consciente de que ésta se encuentra en proceso de crecimiento y necesita optimizar y hacer más eficiente sus procesos para que penetre más en el mercado al mismo tiempo que lo hace sostenible. This work suggests the enhance and executes a Supply System for the company under study , in order to manage the Logistic efficiently avoiding stock out and overstock , and uses concepts and tools of some models such as MRP and Inventory Cost that are very useful and according the reality of the company and its environment. It’s important that this work includes both the Demand Planning System and Material Replenishment Planning System. Also , this work prioritizes the continuous improvement of the process of the organization , aware of it is in the process of growth and needs to optimize and makes its processes efficient in order to enter more to the market and becoming sustainable.
