This thesis analyzes the incidence of building supply prices in the Ayacucho region and the way to rever it, finding out that this is feasible; for this purpose the Pukara Ladrillos enterprises has been created, whose main objective is lowering prices and improving the quality of buildings. The building supplies that are not produced within the regions have a higher incidence of cost, mainly due to transportation charges, especially those that are higher in weight and volume, such as concrete, iron rods and bricks; the latter of which can be manufactured locally. To achieve the objective of this thesis and determine the feasibility of the project, a study of the loca market is done, focusing mainly in the manufacturing of bricks. An analysis is made of the levels of the product development and answer a questionnaire concerning the potential customers, such as considering the offer. The feasibility of project is determined considering the externa! and internal influences, through a management diagnostic, the matrix of viability and management quadrant. Afterwards, business strategies for entering the market successfully are determined through a FODA analysis. With the information gathered, a project is proposed to manufacture bricks with ltalian technology in a factory located in Simpapata, which is 16.5 km north of Ayacucho. The design of the plant's operating system is based on the Systematic Layout Planning method of Richard Muther. The raw materials come from the quarries of Trigopampa and Llamocctachi, with which bricks are manufactured; kk 18 at s/.750, kk type IV at sj.950, pandereta at s/.625, roof 12 at s/.2100 and roof 15 at s/.2200 per thousand units. The prices are 20% lower than those offered in the market. Finally, an economic evaluation of the project is made, considering current and future investments as well as sales projections in different scenarios. With this information the cash flow is determined and the evaluation scenarios (base, normal and optimistic), determining whether the project is profitable and if future investments are possible within a period of return of four years in the most favorable of cases or eight years in a baseline scenario. Additionally, it accomplishes a positive environmental effect, therefore eliminating the 500 km trip, and also for the efficient firing of bricks in the semi Hoffman kilns. By the end of the fourth year carbon emissions will be reduced even more with the introduction of the tunnel gas kiln. This project will enter a contest in an incentive project for the reduction of the greenhouse gas emission
