Due to increased competition from globalization and rapid technological an operational global market requires mining companies have exporting quality human resources and professional. This can only be achieved through the use of potentially suitable staff. Exporting companies in the mining sector today because many ongoing projects are demanding greater amounts of professional and qualified an experienced all this makes the market competitive. Due to high turnover companies in this sector receive many (hundreds) staff requirement t replace and I or to cover budgeted staff positions to ensure the goals an operational task in mining adit or open pit. The problems stated in the thesis is that there are effective monitoring o personnel requirements for the absence of a model and an adequate selection system to meet the needs of this sector. Mining companies often do not know exactly how many personnel requirements are delayed? What level of arrears are outstanding requirements. What part of this process each of the remaining requirements? Do HR activities are centralized in Lima, creating a bottleneck and a drop-in service? above generate inefficiency and consequently delays in attention to internal customers resulting in economic loss. The thesis argues that the absence of a recruitment model based o competencies and skills in the Central Sierra by the lack of interest in the mining business thinking about changing over to employees, because there is still mining companies that consider used as a productive factor and not a regular strategic factor that can generate a sustainable competitive advantage and long-term benefit. The thesis proposes that applying the concepts of expert systems is possible to formulate a recruitment model based on fuzzy logic that allows staff to select from a base of knowledge, experience and other objective factors such as motivation, commitment and behavior. Thus, one can achieve excellent performance and not merely satisfactory tasks and activities of the office and get an advantage over competitors by being difficult to copy or imitate. This paper proposes a system of recruitment based on fuzzy logic to assist mining companies in the Central Highlands of Peru to find human talent efficiently. Also as a validation mechanism thesis proposes the design of software system that evidence is entirely feasible to implement and manage the recruitment process generated by the proposed model
