In the research study is presented: the variability analysis and optimization of production tons loaded during the time of refreshing, rate optimization relay, the economic benefit to the implementation, etc. in Mine Operations Loading and hauling of Minera Yanacocha; this is achieved through continuous improvement with regard to: improved personnel management, optimization of parameters KPIs, restructuring Design Changing of the Guard, etc. in order to achieve a safe, efficient production at low cost. The work of field data collection was performed at the Changing of the Guard Sahara located between the pits: El Tapado, Tapado Oeste y Cerro Negro, which are more operational in all mine, so that effective data is needed to get good results in the analysis; these were performed by support staff and the general supervisor of the guard: Lizardo Espino Villena and cabinet works through me and advice of eng. Richard Sandro Balboa Zegarra, uniting all these theoretical and practical knowledge will be able to perform the objectives set for this research work. This work was implemented through a policy of self Exchange Management Minera Yanacocha, ensuring that all the scope and objectives are achieved by the 4 guards in general to serve as a model for future projects.
