One metaheuristic research model based on artificial neural networks radial basis for prediction of noise pollution generated by vehicular traffic in urban areas is obtained, the perception of noise pollution is a variable product of multiple factors that are related by the density of traffic flow in a certain way, topographical conditions of the terrain and existing architectonic characteristics; predefined model underwent artificial neural network training process with varied amount of arguments, determined that the best resulting models are those that allow only as income metaheuristic traffic flow model. keywords: noise, noise pollution, artificial neural networks
