The vast majority of drivers are reckless in his move, but in the absence of a good public transport services are a necessary evil. The problem of motorcycle taxis is complex and implications for social, economic field, etc. hampering the proper regulation and management of the service in the medium and long term; making proposals and sustainable solutions in time, will have greater chance of success, as the level of coordination established between the Provincial and District Municipalities.
