The present research is to analyze the Quality Management Systems and its implication in Public Administration in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in 2011, to which reference has been made to the models of quality management ISO 9001 and EFQM Excellence. The development of the research included the use of tabs or Matching Checklist, in order to compare the theoretical (Noxis) that are related to the main variables that characterize the models of quality management ISO 9001 and EFQM Excellence with empirical or practical aspects (PRAXIS) observed in the administration of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in 2011. To analyze the data collected were tabulated and proceeded to organize them in a Database Table, and then display them graphically and from a correspondence analysis, using contingency matrices, the main variables that define the field of research hypotheses, we applied Fisher's exact test to determine the degree of relationship between the variables analyzed. Product analysis of information collected and the results obtained, the general hypothesis was accepted, why, we conclude that the analysis of the Quality Management Systems would have positive implications in Public Administration in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in 2011. Finally, the research develops a set of recommendations to be implemented in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in order to improve their management.
