Stale air saturation in the main access ramp O- A5 and gallery had Nv10 , presenting a limited vent generating high temperature in the main gallery Nv10 high temperature in the deep zone , loss of static pressure fans auxiliary to use smaller diameter sleeves 36 “ and using metal ducts to reduce from 48“ to 36 “ for a distance of 1.5m loss generating static ventilation uptown ( I) with stale air pressure zone II . Having developed the study of circuit ventilation system modification and circuit implementation of the ventilation system using the Software VnetPC -2003 was designed. Ventilation reducing the stale air in the main entrances to integrate column A6 to Nv 51 and turn fan 300,000 cfm in Nv 51 was installed was improved,Nv 0 fan 200,000 cfm was installed to remove air from the deep zone , sleeves switched to larger diameter 40 “ pipeline reduction was implemented from 48“ to 40 “ canvas at a distance of 8m avoiding the loss of static pressure. So ensure the operational continuity of the mine long -term goal of avoiding as much as possible stale air, have more points and exhaust flow, reduce high temperatures and work at various levels of operation; thus covering air demand during the operational phase, preparation and developments in order to provide a safe, healthy and comfortable environment in compliance with legal regulations.
