This research was conducted in Peru during the period between 2011 and February 2014. In its development the main oil well drilling’s occupational risks management systems operating in the Peruvian territory were considered. The purpose of this work is the proposal of an Occupational Risk Management System for Onshore oil Well Drilling that contains the key elements of international management systems, including the International Labour Organization (ILO) , Guidelines of the Organization of Oil and Gas, OHSAS 18001 and comply with relevant national legislation. For this it was necessary the identification of the management system key elements which are international reference, the identification of key elements of management systems applied in others productive industries, the identification of key elements and similarities of management systems that are used at oil well drilling activities and finally the SISGRO Management System model structure was determined including cost of investment. This research is justified because it has theoretical value, practicality, social relevance, convenience and based on the net benefits generated. It was supported by Management System and Occupational Risk Management System theories and in the oil well drilling industry analysis. The research is addressed according to the type of study description applied to the analysis of occupational risk management systems. A total of 16 management systems were analyzed; also a survey addressed to risk management managers comprising 10 questions was applied. The result was the determination of the Occupational Risk Management System “SISGRO“, which consists of 08 elements and 40 sub-elements including legal compliance.
