The assessment of the volume of air injected into the small cupola furnace (inner diameter less than 0.3m) allows to know the ideal amount of air used to obtain environmentally clean production, and emissions of gases through the chimney will be controlled. Smelters, generally, do not take into account this parameter. The air volume control gives us a scheme of merger and this result is compared with the weight of the air volume injected which will give us an ideal number to use air volume, as many authors point out. If we calculate theoretically, the parameters listed are the basis for better functioning of the oven, thus alleviating air pollution, increasing production efficiency. As this is a little production system (1TN approximately), is ideal for areas like the inside of the country where the agricultural industry generally, livestock and craft required, and also resources such as iron scrap from the area will be used, creating new jobs to support decentralization. In sum is to calculate the volume of air theoretically ideal to use for achieving environmentally clean production according to this parameter.
