In the present study of investigation one has obtained the mathematical models of “the conditions of Hygiene and Occupational Security“ in which the workers in one of the most important activities in the sector of transformation of Plastics, as he is, in the Plástic article manufacture toil for the Home. This work of investigation was made in 28 Plastic Industries, during years 1996 to the 2004, and included/understood to the Metropolitan city of Lima the one that concentrates 99% of companies in this heading. Methodologically one settled down: The Unit of Study, the Population, the Size and Selection of Muestra, as well as the Population Beneficiary. And the Work of Field basically consisted of the recognition and analysis, as well as the evaluation of the conditions of Hygiene and Occupational Security of the workers who toil in the Plástic Industries ofthe sector of Transformation. The results also indícate that the chemical agents as is the styrene represent a consideration risk, the Noise to us and the Ergonomic Factors represent potential risks. and with the data processing by means of the Microsoft Excel one has obtained the mathematical models. And of equal way it has been possible to infer the real situation of the conditions of Hygiene and Security of the workers in which they toil, identifying in addition causal the direct and indirect variables to the Problem. Next with the raised models it will allow to simulate, to predict us and to contribute to the previous diagnosis to the design of control systems. Giving the conclusions, measures and recommendations to reduce the problem.
