Evaluación del plan de masificación del consumo del GNV en el parque automotor liviano de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Lima durante el periodo Julio–Diciembre del año 2009 y participaron personas relacionadas directamente con la masificación del consumo del gas natural vehicular (GNV) en el parque automotor liviano de Lima metropolitana, tales como: los directivos, los dueños de los talleres de conversión, los choferes de vehículos convertidos y los dueños de los vehículos a gasolina. El objetivo del trabajo consistió en determinar los empirismos aplicativos, carencias y deficiencias que se dan con la masificación del consumo del GNV en el parque automotor liviano de Lima metropolitana. El estudio se justificó por ser un tema de actualidad y se sustentó por su trascendencia y relevancia ya que nos permitió explicar los motivos por los cuales la masificación del consumo del GNV no avanza adecuadamente. Metodológicamente, la presente investigación es aplicada, explicativa y causal porque se ha escogido como objeto de la investigación la problemática de la masificación del consumo del GNV, en el parque automotor liviano de Lima metropolitana. La técnica empleada para obtener los datos fueron la técnica del análisis documental, la encuesta y la entrevista; se realizó encuestas a los choferes de los vehículos convertidos a GNV, a los dueños de los vehículos a gasolina y a los dueños de los talleres de conversión a GNV; y, se realizó entrevistas solamente a los directivos. El procesamiento de los datos se hizo incorporando dichos datos al Excel y al SPSS, para obtener tablas y gráficos. La forma de análisis de las apreciaciones correspondientes a informaciones del dominio de las variables consistió en cruzarlas para ser usadas como premisas para contrastarlas en cada una de las subhipótesis planteadas. El resultado de la contrastación de cada subhipótesis sirvió como base para formular conclusiones. Dichas conclusiones sirvieron como premisas para realizar las recomendaciones.

This investigation took place in the city of Lima during the period of July – December of 2009 and participated people directly relationated with the massification of the consumption of the Natural Gas Vehicle in the light vehicle fleet of Metropolitan Lima, just like: the management, the owners of the conversion workshops, the drivers of converted vehicles and the owners of gasoline vehicles. The work’s objective consisted of the determination of the empiricisms, shortcomings and deficiencies that they give with the massification of the consumption of the NGV in the light vehicle fleet of Metropolitan Lima. They study was justified for being a today issue and it was supported because of its transcendence and relevance because it permitted us to explain the reasons why the massification of the consumption of the NGV doesn’t advance well. Methodologically, this investigation is applied, explained and caused because it has been chosen like the object of the investigation the problem the problem of the massification of the consumption of the NGV, in the light fleet of Metropolitan Lima. The technique used to obtain the facts was the documental analysis technique, the poll and the interview; we did polls to the drivers of NGV converted vehicles, owners of gasoline vehicles and owners of NGV conversion workshops. What is more, we did interviews, but just to the management. The processing of the facts was done incorporating those facts to Excel and SPSS to obtain tables and graphics. The way of analysis of the corresponding appraisals to information of the dominion of the variables consisted in crossing hem to be used like premises to contrast them in each established sub hypothesis. The result of the contrast of each sub hypothesis helped like base to formulate conclusions. Those conclusions helped like premises to do the recommendations.
