This research entitled “Factors that are related to brand loyalty in students of private schools in Breña and Jesús María in 2021”, has the main objective of investigating the factors that influence brand loyalty in this sector. This thesis has useful information for those schools that may be affected again by health emergencies or an event that forces a return to virtual classes as happened due to the Covid-19 health emergency, and how this type of event, impacts the variables related to Brand loyalty in institutions. Also, it can serve other types of educational institutions. In Chapter I, Theoretical framework, the basic concepts of the research that define the variables related to brand loyalty are explained. In addition, education in Peru over the years is detailed, as well as the Peruvian education sector market in the 21st century and how it was affected by the pandemic. In Chapter II, Research Plan, the research problem, objectives and hypotheses are determined. In Chapter III, Work Methodology, the type of research, instruments used, and the sample population of the study are explained. In Chapter IV, Results, the hypothesis is contrasted, the research is compared with the chosen papers, and the results of the survey are analyzed, revealing a direct and positive correlation between the variables with Brand loyalty. Finally, in Chapter V, the conclusions and recommendations of the study are presented.
