Objective: To collect thirty clinical cases, describing their clinical characteristics, differential diagnoses, and both pharmacological and non-pharmacological management, which together have allowed the teaching of the most crucial aspects of human medicine during the medical internship at María Auxiliadora Hospital and Sanna San Borja Clinic from April 2023 to January 2024. Methodology: A descriptive and analytical study was conducted based on the clinical experiences acquired during the medical internship from April 2023 to January 2024 at María Auxiliadora Hospital and Sanna San Borja Clinic. The 30 clinical cases from which the most significant learning was obtained are shown. Results: Thirty clinical cases compiled and presented in a descriptive manner are detailed, covering the specialties of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery and Gynecology-Obstetrics. The study allowed the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the hospitals' installed capacity to quickly detect various pathologies. In addition, learning and difficulties in the care and quality of health services due to high patient demand were reported. Conclusions: This study underscores the significance of the medical internship in the training of medical students, providing essential knowledge and values to create high- quality healthcare professionals. The internship offers an unparalleled experience that highlights the importance of collaborative work in problem-solving, comprehensive healthcare delivery, and the recognition of the inherent humanity in every doctor-patient interaction.
