The type of research is applied, prospective with experimental design with two control groups, (-) and (+); the population corresponds to Passiflora ligularis (granadilla) collected in the district of Huachipa, province of Lima, 500 gr of dry leaves were used, ground in water and stirred continuously for 1 hour at 40 °C where the antimicrobial activity was determined using the Kirby-Bauer method. It was found that the aqueous extract of Passiflora Ligularis leaves has statistically significant difference < 0.05 between the inhibition halos against S. aureus, and there is no inhibition halo > 0. 05 of Passiflora Ligularis at 25%, 50% and 70% against E. coli and P. aeruginosa; on the other hand, control (+) Ciprofloxacin groups show inhibition halos with an average of 38.13 and 49.35 mm against E. coli and P. aeruginosa, respectively
