Individual perceptions about vaccines can strongly influence the decision to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The objective is to evaluate the prevalence and factors associated with the intention to vaccinate against COVID-19 in users of social networks in Peru. We used a descriptive research methodology, cross-sectional, probabilistic sampling corresponding to 723 Facebook and WhatsApp users, to whom a self-applicable digital questionnaire was applied. As results obtained we have to the sociodemographic characteristics of the study sample belong 42.9 % as single, 35.7 % are between 28 to 37 years old and 31.1 % are of secondary education degree, being the most outstanding factors the WHO recommendation 17.8 %.
