Uso de plantas medicinales como alternativa del tratamiento convencional para la gastritis en consumidores del mercado central, Chiclayo 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar las características del uso de plantas medicinales como complemento del tratamiento convencional para la gastritis en consumidores del Mercado Central, Chiclayo 2022. Se aplicó el método de tipo no experimental, transversal, descriptiva, observacional. La muestra fue de 96 personas que acuden a realizar compras en el Mercado Central, Chiclayo 2022. El uso de plantas medicinales para la gastritis fue de un 97,9%, las plantas más utilizadas fueron manzanilla, muña, mático y anís. La forma de preparación fue infusión (hojas). El motivo de uso más frecuente fue el dolor de estómago y el ardor en la boca del estómago. Se tomó condicional a los síntomas algunas veces a la semana y se acompañó con el Omeprazol.

The objective of this research was to determine the characteristics of the use of medicinal plants as a complement to conventional treatment for gastritis in consumers of the Central Market, Chiclayo 2022. The non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, observational method was applied. The sample consisted of 96 people who go shopping at the Central Market, Chiclayo 2022. The use of medicinal plants for gastritis was 97.9%, the most used plants were chamomile, muña, mático and anise. The form of preparation was infusion (leaves). The most frequent reason for use was stomach pain and burning in the pit of the stomach. It was taken conditional to the symptoms a few times a week and was accompanied with Omeprazole.
