Gingivitis y movilidad dentaria en los pacientes diabéticos que acuden al Centro de Salud Los Licenciados, Ayacucho 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo general fue determinar el grado de gingivitis y movilidad dentaria en los pacientes diabéticos que acuden al Centro de Salud Los Licenciados, Ayacucho 2023. El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal, observacional y prospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 109 pacientes diabéticos. La técnica para la recolección de datos fue la observación y el instrumento fue una ficha clínica, el análisis estadístico fue descriptivo de frecuencias. Se obtuvo como resultados que el grado de gingivitis predominante fue la ausencia de inflamación con el 33,94%; en cuanto a la movilidad dentaria el 44,95% de los pacientes diabéticos no presentó movilidad dentaria, se concluye que el 33.94% no tuvo inflamación gingival y el 44.95% no tuvo movilidad dentaria.

The general objective was to determine the degree of gingivitis and tooth mobility in diabetic patients attending the Los Licenciados Health Center, Ayacucho 2023. The study was descriptive, cross-sectional, observational and prospective. The sample consisted of 109 diabetic patients. The data collection technique was observation and the instrument was a clinical record; the statistical analysis was descriptive of frequencies. The results showed that the predominant degree of gingivitis was the absence of inflammation with 33.94%; as for tooth mobility 44.95% of diabetic patients did not present tooth mobility, it is concluded that 33.94% did not have gingival inflammation and 44.95% did not have tooth mobility.
