The objective was to evaluate the characteristics of therapeutic management in pregnant women diagnosed with COVID-19 at Mazamari Health Center 1-4. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional and retrospective design, in a sample of 190 clinical histories; the instrument was the data collection form. As results, 62 % were between 19 and 34 years of age, 61 % were self-employed, 48 % finished only secondary school, 67 % were cohabiting, 55 % were from urban areas, 50 % did not have any disease, they received 9 birth controls, 58 % were delivered by cesarean section, 51 % received paracetamol 500 mg, and the remaining group received cefalexin 500 mg and ceftriaxone 1g. In conclusion, less than 50 % with a steady job, less than 50 % of higher education, with no major differences between urban and rural areas, whose deliveries were by cesarean section and received paracetamol 500 mg as treatment.
