METHOD: The present study corresponds to a descriptive correlational research of quantitative approach. It is descriptive because it specifies the important characteristics of the behavior of the variable, it is correlational because it determines the degree of relationship that exists between the variables and it is quantitative because it makes use of data collection, based on numerical measurement, allowing synthesis and statistical analysis. RESULTS: In the sociodemographic characteristics, it can be patented that most of the nursing students of the 2nd cycle of the U.P.H.F.R. 2020 are between the ages of 15 to 25 years (43%) followed by 38% (15) between 26 to 35 years and 20% (8) between 36 to 45 years, in relation to the sex we found a predominance of the feminine sex with 78% (31) and masculine 23% (9), as far as the origin we found that 78% (31) are of the province of Huancayo and its districts, 18% (7) are of the forest and 5% (2) of the coast. As for the knowledge that has the nursing students of the 2nd cycle of the U.P.H.F.R. 2020; of the 40 (100%) students we found that 85% (34) have a medium level of knowledge, also 12.5% (5) have a low level of knowledge and only 2.5% (1) have a high level of knowledge. Of the 100% (40) of nursing students in the 2nd cycle of U.P.H.F.R. 2020, 55% (22) have an attitude of indifference, 27.5% (11) have an attitude of acceptance, and 17.5% (7) have an attitude of rejection. CONCLUSIONS: To determine the relationship between Knowledge Level and Attitudes about Organ Donation in the study population, the non-parametric chi-square test was applied with a significance level of 95% (P<0.05). The results reflect that if there is a significant relationship between both variables
