Adherencia terapéutica en pacientes del área de cirugía maxilofacial de un hospital regional docente clínico quirúrgico de Huancayo - 2017

Abstract

Como internos de odontoestomatologìa, se desconocía el cumplimiento de las recetas farmacológicas de los pacientes. Por ello describimos los niveles de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con tratamiento por fractura de huesos del cráneo y de la cara, dientes incluidos e impactados y celulitis. Método: transversal descriptivo. Población 336 y muestra de 60 pacientes. Técnica la encuesta y el instrumento el "Cuestionario MBG (Martin-Bayarre-Grau). De los 60 pacientes el 58,3% fueron de sexo masculino; el 41,7% de pacientes tuvieron edades entre 45 y 60 años y el componente relacional fue desfavorable. Se llegó a la conclusión: que el 51,7% de pacientes tuvo adherencia total y 48,3% adherencia parcial.
