Prevalencia y características de antibióticos dispensados en la oficina farmacéutica San Santiago en Puno 2022

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar la prevalencia de antibióticos que son dispensados en la botica San Santiago ubicada en el departamento de Puno, durante los meses de abril y mayo del año 2022. La metodología aplicada fue diseño descriptivo, no experimental, transversal de tipo básico y deductivo el cual analizará a una población de 4000 recetas, utilizando como técnica la observación y como instrumento la lista de cotejo. Como muestra se obtendrá 364 recetas de las cuales se buscará saber cuáles son los antibióticos con mayor demanda, así como la forma farmacéutica y finalmente la indicación para el cual serán administrados. Se concluye una alta prevalencia en el consumo de antibióticos, con un valor del 83.5% y respecto a las características de uso en mayoría consumieron medicamentos genéricos, en su forma de suspensión oral, vía oral y usado para infecciones respiratorias.

The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of antibiotics that are dispensed in the San Santiago pharmacy located in the department of Puno, during the months of April and May 2022. The methodology applied was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional, basic and deductive design, which will analyze a population of 4000 prescriptions, using observation as a technique and a checklist as an instrument. As a sample, 364 prescriptions will be obtained from which we will seek to know which antibiotics are most in demand, as well as the pharmaceutical form and finally the indication for which they will be administered. A high prevalence in the consumption of antibiotics is concluded, with a value of 83.5% and with respect to the characteristics of use, the majority consumed generic drugs, in the form of oral suspension, orally and used for respiratory infections.
