Errores en la prescripción médica de antiinflamatorios no esteroideos, en pacientes ambulatorios atendidos en la farmacia Versal´s de Trujillo

Abstract

La investigación tiene por objetivo determinar errores en la prescripción médica de antiinflamatorios no esteroideos, en pacientes ambulatorios atendidos en la Farmacia Versal's De Trujillo. La población estuvo conformada por 120 recetas de los pacientes ambulatorios. Como resultados respecto a los datos del paciente, el 72.5% no presentaron el diagnóstico de los pacientes, el 72.5% no muestra el DCI de los medicamentos en las recetas médicas. Respecto a la redacción del medicamento el 56.0% no muestran apellidos y nombres del prescriptor, el 51.6% no presentan el sello del prescriptor, el 54.9% si muestran los apellidos y nombres de los pacientes. Respecto a los datos del prescriptor que el 60.4% no presentan la concentración de los medicamentos, el 50.5% si muestra la frecuencia de los medicamentos, el 58.2% la letra del prescriptor no es legible.

The objective of the research was to determine errors in the medical prescription of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in outpatients treated at Versal's Pharmacy in Trujillo. The population consisted of 120 outpatient prescriptions. As results regarding the patient's data, 72.5% did not present the diagnosis of the patients, 72.5% did not show the INN of the drugs in the prescriptions. Regarding the wording of the medication, 56.0% did not show the prescriber's surname and first names, 51.6% did not show the prescriber's stamp, 54.9% did show the patients' surnames and first names. Regarding the prescriber's data, 60.4% do not show the concentration of the drugs, 50.5% do show the frequency of the drugs, 58.2% of the prescriber's handwriting is not legible.
