Tasa de Erradicación y Resistencia al Tratamiento para Infección Por Helicobacter pylori en pacientes del Hospital Apoyo-Pichanaki en el Año 2018

Abstract

La infección por Helicobacter pylori es un hallazgo frecuente en la población general, siendo su prevalencia mayor en personas que padecen patologías gastrointestinales, principalmente úlcera péptica (UP) y gastritis crónica. El objetivo de la presente investigación es evaluar la tasa de erradicación y resistencia bacteriana al tratamiento para infección por Helicobacter pylori en pacientes del Hospital Apoyo-Pichanaki, en el 2018. Por lo tanto, se aplicó el método científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es descriptivo. La muestra fue 327 Historias clínicas de pacientes con infección por Helicobacter pylori. Eencontrándose una tasa de erradicación para Helicobacter pylori del 91,4%, y un 8,6% de resistencia bacteriana a la primera y segunda línea de tratamientos utilizados.
