Nivel de ansiedad en la primera cita en pacientes pediátricos y madres según el test de Venham modificado y Escala de Corah, Ayacucho Perú 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación que tiene como objetivo principal: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de ansiedad dental que presentan los pacientes pediátricos en su primera cita según el Test de Venham Modificado y la ansiedad dental de las madres según la escala de Corah, atendidos en el centro de Salud los Licenciados Ayacucho Perú 2022. Métodos: El estudio es de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo y correlacional. Materiales: Para nuestro estudio se utilizó cuestionarios. Conclusión: Se concluye que en su mayoridad los pacientes pediátricos tanto del sexo femenino como del sexo masculino, tienen o presenta una ansiedad moderada, y las madres de familia presenta un nivel de ansiedad severo con mayor incidencia en madres con un grado de instrucción superior

The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the level of dental anxiety presented by pediatric patients on their first appointment according to the Modified Venham Test and the dental anxiety of the mothers according to the Corah scale, attended at the Los Licenciados Health Center Ayacucho Peru 2022. Methods: The study is of a basic, descriptive and correlational non-experimental design. Materials: Questionnaires were used for our study. Conclusion: It is concluded that the majority of pediatric patients, both female and male, have or present moderate anxiety, and mothers present a severe level of anxiety with a higher incidence in mothers with a higher level of education
