The objective of this research was to determine the factors of adherence to multimicronutrient supplementation in children aged 6 to 35 months in Ahuaycha, Huancavelica 2021. The type of research was basic, the research design was non-experimental, simple descriptive, cross-sectional, and the population consisted of 37 mothers of children aged 6 to 35 months who received multimicronutrient supplementation in the town of Ahuaycha. In terms of the social factor, regular adherence prevailed (48.6%); in terms of the factor related to the health personnel, high adherence predominated (56.7%); for the factor related to the treatment, regular adherence predominated (51.3%); and finally, for the factor related to the person providing the treatment, regular adherence prevailed (56.7%). In conclusion, it was determined that the factor with high adherence to multimicronutrient supplementation was the factor related to the health personnel in the adherence to supplementation; with respect to low adherence, the treatment factor prevailed with 16.2%.
