Adherencia al tratamiento de asma en niños menores de 5 años atendidos en el Centro de Salud Botica GERIPHARMA.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la Adherencia al tratamiento de asma en niños menores de 5 años atendidos en el Centro de Salud Botica “Geripharma”, como método se utilizó el diseño descriptivo - correlacional desarrollada en niños menores de 5 años. La población estuvo conformada por 79 niños menores de 5 años, y como resultado tenemos que el 64.6% de los niños se adhieren al tratamiento. Respecto a los factores de la enfermedad que se asocian, se observa que los niños que no reciben apoyo familiar, los que se auto perciben sanos de salud y los que no tienen síntomas de la enfermedad presentan mayor adherencia al tratamiento en un 66.7% y concluimos que existe asociación entre los factores de la enfermedad y la adherencia al tratamiento.

The objective of the research is to determine adherence to asthma treatment in children under 5 years of age treated at the "Geripharma" Health Center, using a descriptive-correlational design developed in children under 5 years of age. The population consisted of 79 children under 5 years of age, and as a result, 64.6% of the children adhere to the treatment. With respect to the associated disease factors, it is observed that children who do not receive family support, those who perceive themselves to be healthy and those who do not have symptoms of the disease show greater adherence to treatment in 66.7% and we conclude that there is an association between the disease factors and adherence to treatment.
