Relación de los programas de capacitación en la gestión empresarial de las mypes exportadoras del sector textil localizadas en la Region Junin 2017

Abstract

Este estudio tenía como objetivo conocer la relación de los programas de capacitación con la gestión empresarial de la MYPES exportadoras del sector textil de la región Junín 2017. Como en toda investigación, se utilizó el método científico y los métodos básicos, cuyo diseño general ha sido el ex post facto, y como diseño específico el correlacional, siendo el tipo de investigación aplicada y de nivel explicativo. El universo del estudio de la investigación fueron las Mypes del sector Textil de la región Junín, la muestra estuvo conformada por las Mypes exportadoras, se utilizaron técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información cualitativa. Los resultados han demostrado que existe suficiente evidencia muestral que nos permitió a un nivel de significancia del 0.478, lo que indica que se encuentra en el rango de Correlación positiva moderada

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the training programs and business management of the MYPES exporters of the textile sector of the Junín region 2017. As in all research, the scientific method and the basic methods were used, whose general design has been the ex post facto, and as a specific design the correlation, being the type of applied research and explanatory level. The universe of the study of the investigation was the Mypes of the Textile sector of the Junín region, the sample was conformed by the export Mypes, techniques and instruments of qualitative information collection were used. The results have shown that there is sufficient sample evidence that allowed us to a level of significance of 0.478, which indicates that it is in the range of moderate positive correlation.
