The objective of the research is to determine the factors associated with self-medication in pregnant women in the Botica Vida y Salud, Lima 2023. The study is based on the scientific method; non-experimental design; descriptive-cross-sectional. The sample was made up of users who visit the Botica. The results show that 39% of pregnant women self-medicate for mild symptoms, 27% for advice from people close to them, 19% for knowledge of the medications, 11% for economic reasons, 5% for reasons of time. In conclusion, it was determined that they are sociodemographic factors and 86% come from the Sierra and 63% are married and in the socioeconomic factors 72% come from a compound family.
