Características epidemiológicas, clínicas y terapéuticas del dengue del hospital Manuel Angel Higarakaki- Satipo

Abstract

El objetivo es analizar las características epidemiológicas, clínicas y terapéuticas del Dengue del Hospital Manuel Angel Higarakaki- Satipo como método, se utilizó el tipo básico y diseño corte transversal descriptivo y retrospectivo, fueron seleccionados 1400 pacientes y la muestra fue de tipo probabilístico con 311 casos clínicos con Dengue. La evaluación fue con la ficha de recolección de datos. En conclusión, sobre las características epidemiológicas, que padecen de Dengue se encontró un 92 % de sexo masculino como características clínicas un 77 % con diagnostico DENV-1 para Dengue sin señal de alarma, presentando mialgia, dolor ocular, erupción cutánea rash y empleándose el paracetamol adulto de 500-1000 mg como tratamiento.

The objective is to analyze the epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic characteristics of Dengue at the Manuel Angel Higarakaki Hospital in Satipo. The method used was the basic type and descriptive and retrospective cross-sectional design, 1400 patients were selected and the sample was probabilistic with 311 clinical cases with Dengue. The evaluation was done with the data collection form. In conclusion, on the epidemiological characteristics, 92% of the patients with Dengue were found to be male and 77% had a DENV-1 diagnosis for Dengue without alarm signal, presenting myalgia, ocular pain, rash and using adult paracetamol 500-1000 mg as treatment.
