The study was the antibacterial effect of ozonized Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil against Fusobacterium nucleatum and Enterococcus faecalis, and the methodology was applied, prospective and experimental design. The oil was obtained by heat pressing technique, and was subjected to an ozone stream for 30 min (50%) and 60 min (100%). Results, inhibitory halos were obtained against F. nucleatum of 8.11 mm for 100% and 6.97 mm for 50%, also for E. faecalis at 100% 14.41 mm and for 50% 9.94 mm; concluding that the ozonized oil of Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seeds has an antibacterial effect against F. nucleatum and E. faecalis
