The aim of the present study was to evaluate the curative effect of a pharmaceutical form prepared with a hydroalcoholic extract obtained from Annona reticulata L. "red custard apple" leaves in albino mice. An experimental, cross-sectional and prospective design was used to carry out the work. The plant sample used came from the province of San Ignacio in Cajamarca and was represented by 250 grams of leaves of this plant species, while the animal sample consisted of 30 albino mice. Previously, tests were performed on the extract of the plant species, such as solubility and phytochemical analysis. For the analysis of the healing activity of the cream with "red cherimoya" extract (3%, 5% and 10%), the healing test was used to determine the traction force necessary to open a wound. It is concluded that the cream formulated at 10% with red custard apple extract has a greater wound-healing effect than the creams formulated at 3% and 5%, but a lower wound-healing efficacy compared to the group of mice treated with wound-healing cream (82.20%).
