The objective of this research is to establish whether chronic noncommunicable diseases in the elderly are related to nutrition in users of the Farmasel Pharmacy. The study is quantitative, correlational, descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental, and the sample consisted of 79 users. The result determined that 60.8% were men and 39.2% women, mostly between 65 and 70 years of age (50.6%). Regarding nutritional status, 70.9% are at risk of malnutrition, most (64.6%) have 2 pathologies. In conclusion, 48.1% have a normal nutritional status, and dyslipidemia and diabetes are the main chronic diseases, affecting 64.6% and no statistical relationship was found between chronic diseases and nutrition in older adults.
