Objective: To determine the clinical and obstetric characteristics of pregnant women with preeclampsia at the Chilca 2021 Health Center, descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional research, non-experimental design, sample of 46 pregnant women with a diagnosis of preeclampsia, non-probabilistic sampling, documentary analysis technique, data collection form. In the clinical characteristics, 69.6% had blood pressure between 140 and 160 mmhg, 78.3% had proteinuria of 3 to 5 mg/dl, 63% had premonitory signs and 67.4% had severe preeclampsia. In conclusion, the most relevant clinical and obstetric characteristics in pregnant women with preeclampsia were elevated blood pressure, proteinuria, presence of premonitory signs, presented between 36 to 41 weeks of gestation and had 1 to 4 APN
